@dewit Did you do Joanna Soh's old plank video as well? I tried it the other day, it has side planks so it gives you a break from straight arm planks but still had the harder up/down and jumping jacks.

@Katmary71 : thanks for the tip. Didn't know about it. Will definitely look it up, side planks is what I do now to make it through the 4 mins. I did not pursue my goal with her new one, will have to work on that after Easter.

@dewit sounds like it would perfect for you then! I'm pretty good at side planks but my ab video has side planks with leg lifts, those are hard to hold for very long. I never know whether to do the ab video or plank challenge first as each has tough ones I'd prefer to do last.

@dewit How did you like it? Will you keep doing it or do the original? I went back to the original just out of habit. I should give it another try but my 10 minute ab workout does side planks too. Did a mini resistance band routine today where you straight-arm plank pulling the band back in rows, glad I did that last!

Great planking everyone! Geez, I did a resistance band workout video for arms after weights today and you plank straight-armed then pull rows back on each side with the band alternating. I thought my ab video with push ups and spidermans in the plank position and Joanna Soh's up down where you go from hands to elbows were tough but come on, nevermind all of them in one day! Think being stuck in the house has made me plank-crazy.
