    19. Oops + 1 hr vacuuming, hard swifter, and hard mopping. Arms were sore

    20 48:47 + 10 dresser push-ups (both were verrry hard likely due to yesterday) #WillGetBetter

    22 48 & 24 (made up for yesterday ... and second set was more solid) + Lots of atm mov me T’s/dance moves on my walk❣️

    19. Oops + 1 hr vacuuming, hard swifter, and hard mopping. Arms were sore

    Week 1: Ok, well 3 minutes of planks this week it is. Better than none. #NeverGiveUp
