  • Hello. I have hit my rock bottom this year weighing in at 312.6 and so far I have lost 14 lbs. I still have 98lbs to lose before I'm satisfied with my weight. And I'm 5'8 or 5'9, not too sure, but I think weighing 200lbs will suit me just nicely.
