Hello MFP fam, I am here looking to lose about 60lbs. Years ago I lost 85lbs in just 7 months (hard work) but then in 2015 I had a major surgery and with the limitations and the medications that weight just seemed to have crept it's way back. This journey is a little harder this time but I don't believe that it's impossible. I welcome any encouragement, any words of wisdom and I am super motivated by the success of others....I would love to link with power buddies who are ready WIN!
