    Hapnin just re downloaded the mfp app been getting back to the gym for the last few weeks and found a new determination I never knew I had been on the keto/low carb diet for 3 days now looking to lose 2 stone eventually. The crimbo period is always a challenge in itself to stick to yer goals n that but if there's a few people doin it n chatting about it it can make it a wee bit easier il try n add you.
