Thanks @jugar. I'll stay on until I've seen my osteopath on Wednesday, is she says it'll be a longer recovery than yes put me on the support team until I'm back exercising. I can live without the weights and strength training but I'm really missing my running already. Thank you for your support ❤

PW 159 CW -159. Sorry guys, I've had a tough week since injuring my back and shoulder. If I maintain over the next couple of weeks whilst I cant exercise I'll actually be happy, but I'll have to seriously keep tracking my calories tightly for that to happen. Sleep, calorie and step goal met yesterday, but unfortunately after seeing my osteopath for a shoulder injury I cant do any exercises other than walking for at least a week 🙃 😢 just hoping I can still reach my target of a 6lb loss in March 🤞🤞🤞 Steps 14,641.

Met all my goals yesterday except for sleep= Steps 18,104 🚶♀️ Under calories at 1389 30 minute strength workout 3.5 mile walk 20 min jog 7hr 46 min sleep

Yesterday was a good day for my goals.. 20,644 steps 😃 5 mile walk 25 min strength training And a whopping 9hours sleep, I was shattered last night so was in bed asleep by 9pm 😴 i feel amazing this morning, up at 6am and sneaked at 30 minutes strength training MBF session in 😁

Hi Jugar, I cant wait to share my horsey stories ❤ My goals for the month is to lose 6lb. I am going to continue my calorie counting -1490 max per day, 14k+ steps a day, x2 5km runs per week with 4 days of strength training per week and I really want to try for 7hrs 30 mins of sleep every night 🤞
