  • I'm almost tracking my calories for 2 months and it's all going fine, not to fast and not to slow. My dad thinks I became a phone addict (because I need to input new things to keep track) and my mom is worried sometimes I eat to less and she sometimes asks me "what did you eat today?".

  • Since I started MFP 3 weeks ago I already lost 3cm around my hips and about 1cm around my waist. But next to tracking my intake I also started to exercise more on a daily basis. So if it's because of me eating less calories or because I exercise more no idea.
  • I don't think it will matter much if it doesn't happen too often. Go for an extra walk or something if you want to do something.

  • Okay.. they didn't mention on the can that the serving size is that much calories when drained. They do mention how many grams it is with and without the syrup but they always do that.
  • Ok so the "not very active" option + calculated calories of MFP, in other words, is the minimum my body needs even when being in bed all day or being lazy and watching tv.. Good to know that.
