It's true! I'm on Day 4 Level 1 and I can definitely notice my endurance level is much higher! KEEP GOING! don't ever give up. follow through with every thing you choose to start and you will change drastically - good luck everyone!!

I bake half of a sweet potato (sliced again in half) with a little olive oil and a tiny bit of salt and pepper and that really fills me up. You can bake them ahead of time and keep 'em in the fridge they are good cold, too. Like another person said, oatmeal is the most filling thing ever! Also, Greek Yogurt always fills me…
