Just wanted to add that hunger is not the issue most of the time. It's just finding the time to eat and not push it off until another time in the day, as in I might be doing something I can't walk away from right then so I just don't eat until I can, but most of the time I am always in a situation that is like that.

When older women and men touch my hair, or me, without my permission. Always happens in weird places too. Hitting any of my toes on something. Stepping on a lego. My internet going out RIGHT when a good part in a horror movie happens.

I have Bipolar 1 and when I get manic I cook and bake all day :D . And while meds are really great they do tend to mess with your body the first couple of months. I love you have goals!!! And MFP is a great and free way to monitor your intake and outtake of calories plus finding people who are doing similar things that you're doing for weightloss. Highly recommend posting more in forms and groups if you ever need that extra boost in modivation!

Planning what you're going to have around sales help. Getting fruits and veg that are in season are cheaper than off season things as well. Usually buying fresh and not prepackaged is cost affective along with the store brands that someone said previously. Shop around at different stores too!!!! Some items will be cheaper…

I mainly said no push ups because I am tired of having puppy and jam smeared faces in mine and avoiding the kids thinking they can take a "ride" on Mommy lol! Thank you for the suggestion! I'll promptly look up how to do them correctly and try them out!!!

Really reasonable goals help me. I am a "check list" type person so as soon as I check a goal off the list it gives me more motivation to get to the next one and so on.

I usually chug water and clean the house :D . I tend to be the "look in the fridge every 5 minutes" person when I am supper bored so keeping busy, which is hard since COVID decided it hated all of us, usually does the trick.

Hi! I would think if you really want to micro manage your weight loss you might want to upgrade but as far as basic recording and goals the original is perfectly fine. It's all about what works best for you!

Hello! I am not really new, had this account for a while, but never really used it and now I am in a area in my life where I REALLY need to put some tools that I have to use.
