New to MyFitnessPal

Hey. I'm Brittney. I was 220 lbs at the beginning of this year. I joined Noom and learned a lot. I am down to 187 lbs now. But the program is expensive. So I am gonna try MyFitnessPal to continue my weight journey. My goal weight is 150 lbs. A little bit more about me... I am vegetarian, leaning vegan, I dont like dairy. I work in childcare. And I am studying fine arts. My goal would be to an art teacher someday.

    I love you have goals!!! And MFP is a great and free way to monitor your intake and outtake of calories plus finding people who are doing similar things that you're doing for weightloss. Highly recommend posting more in forms and groups if you ever need that extra boost in modivation!
