Hey friends,

I went off the wagon so many times, Every time i wanted nachos i ate them. I told myself no more eating after 9! I FAILED!

But today i decided to start fresh, and accountable. To admit to my failures and commit even harder.

I am 25years old, 5'6, and about 215lbs! My goal is to LOSE about 50lbs and go from there. I plan to start exercising slowly. 1 Workout a week, which to most is nothing but i work two different jobs, purely sitting 12hrs a shift. I plan to cut ALL fast foods. move out the sweets for fruit and the Munchies for veggies. Its gonna be rough.

Please shoot me a friend request if your looking for someone to lose with, to keep you accountable and SHARE RECIPES!

You will get there. Harder when you have a sedentary job, but still doable. It is very hot where we live in North Carolina, so I have been using Youtube videos for home exercise programs. Leslie Sansone has some gentle walking routines that are a good start. Don't be fooled, she really gets your heart rate up and your muscles get qute a workout. I also swim and bike every chance I get, but with rising Covid-19 rates in my county I am more cautious. I went from 203 pounds to 159.2 with MFP. I still have 20 pounds to meet my goal weight. Instead of looking at a big weight loss, just focus on the first five or 10 pounds. Using a food scale to keep my portion sizes in check really helps with weight loss. Also eat more healthy foods in the beginning instead of starving yourself for fast weight loss. I have gradually lowered portion sizes as I lost weight and added more fruit and more vegetables as well. Don't cut out the nachos entirely. Only eat them as a restaurant meal maybe once or twice a month. I love mac and cheese, but now I make a small portion, eat it with a side of spinach or another vegetable I really enjoy and savor every bite.
