ME:2 LNS: 0 Onto the third month with no snacking after dinner or 7pm whichever comes first. Any cravings go away after awhile. It also helps that there is no temptation in the pantry. I drink a lot of tea now and it’s very soothing to have just before bed time.

After a month and a half.. 2 NSV.. 1) I can do 10 sit ups without any assistance holding my feet down. 2) I moved one notch tighter on my Apple Watch. Feels good!

ME: 15 LNS: 0 Streak: 15 Eating enough (within the calories) at supper and being tired by 8pm (early mornings) helps with the LNS. LNS is mindless eating for me. It’s just something to do while watching tv. Instead of the eating, I’ll have a BIG cup of tea just before bed.

Do you like sushi? I make avocado stuffed with a mixture of crab meat and mayo. Spoon in to avocado and top with a little pickled ginger, tobiko and soy sauce. It’s a California roll without the rice. So yummy!
