Maybe switch up exercising on the elliptical with other exercises too? Find a low impact cardio workout or walking video on you tube and alternate them with the elliptical workouts. This way you will work other muscles and start building endurance too. It will also help with motivation as doing the same exercise everyday…

Hi everyone, I'm located in Ontario and joining this challenge for the first time. I try to stay pretty active but need to be more cognizant of my eating habits. I'm hoping that this challenge will help me to learn to make some better choices and to start tracking every day.

Hi everyone. I'm 44, I'm active and workout (muay thai) but the waistline keeps expanding. I started tracking a week ago and I am starting to see that my food choices are not always as good as I thought they were. I figured this would be a good place to help keep me accountable.
