  • Hey, I’m still running with the 235 and on my second strap! If that suits your needs you can find them on eBay otherwise the 245 is the equivalent. I started running with an Apple Watch (series 2, so OLD) and found the features/menus and pop ups too irritating and hard to navigate with gloves on in πŸ₯Ά winter. Hence the…

  • Cheeky lunchtime 5k brings us past the 60k target 🎯 ! πŸŽ‰ Would 100% not have run this often if not for the challenge and this group. Thanks @quilteryoyo @AlphaHowls @martaindale @tarun_yadavA for the Strava kudos ! Good luck for those still coming in, and for the reset button tomorrow! Cheers.

  • Let’s go! πŸš€ 105 km 🎯 (a bit more than 100 to give that extra challenge πŸ’ͺ) Good luck, team.
  • Hey team! It’s another week: another city to run in. This time Milford Haven in Wales. Managed two short runs to take my November πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ total to 49.7 km / 60 km 🎯. Two days to go and 5k each day should see me hit target. I definitely would not have done it without this group - thank you!
  • Hey @tarun_yadavA - I live close to the β€˜second city’, Birmingham! Grew up in Cornwall where most of my family (parents, siblings, grandparents, nieces, nephews etc,..) still live. Ideal for a cheap summer getaway πŸ˜‚
  • Hey team, have been a bit quiet due to work and travels. Heading home after 5 days of meetings and catch ups! Have kept the km ticking over. Currently on 35 out of 60 km 🎯. Will try to add 10 more this weekend before a final push in the week. Have a good weekend, and happy thanks giving to those who celebrated this week!
  • Haha! UK-based… *can we opt for treat instead of trick?!
  • Hey team, I’m back home from Germany. Will be in the air again Monday headed for The Netherlands and onward to Denmark. For now… Managed to add two more runs over the last couple of days. • Happy Monday, team! Hello from Germany! πŸ‘‹ I am travelling for work this week, but remembered to pack my running shoes! I added 5k to my total yesterday, and will aim to add another 5k tomorrow. Went for a walk this eve to Recci for tomorrow. Lets hope the rain subsides! Thanks for the support. 11-Nov-23 6.2km πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈβ€¦
  • First 6k in the bag! Motivation to get out mainly thanks to this group. Thanks, team [6.2/60] Will head out again tomorrow morning. Cheers for the add on Strava Jennifer and Vicky!
  • Glad I found this group/thread! Going to try to run 60km between now and end-Nov. (15km per week for the next 4 weeks). Normally track runs on Strava, so anyone regular there, is welcome to add too! Good luck, team! https://www.strava.com/athletes/zak_brockman
  • Hey team, be good to have some more 'friends' to help with kudos, comments and accountability. Been logging for a month [after a previous break], and trying to stick this time! Cheers!
  • Hey, team. I’m 2 months and about halfway to my pre-lockdown goal weight. Would like some more friends on my timeline to help give a push and daily boost. Thanks!
  • Thanks everyone for the comments and time you’ve invested in thought-out replys. It seems we are on a similar wavelength! Noom did really help me get started with the initial kick-up-the-backside to change my health/fitness habits but thereafter I think I can achieve my goals with the features of MFP. Anyone else feel the…
  • Hi team, I’m on day 3 of MFP. Weight went up 10kgs during lockdown so want to get it under control again! My weight has always yo-yo’d so looking to stay healthier for longer! Cheers!
  • Hey team, Zak also from West Midlands. Joined to help lose lockdown-induced weight gain and fitness loss. Weight rose to 100kg during lockdown (usually hover around 90kg mark). Goal to get to 85kg and run a half marathon by 1st Jan.
  • Midlands here πŸ‘‹. Joined today. Being honest, trying this out alongside Noom to see the differences! Cheers
