Hey, Iβm still running with the 235 and on my second strap! If that suits your needs you can find them on eBay otherwise the 245 is the equivalent. I started running with an Apple Watch (series 2, so OLD) and found the features/menus and pop ups too irritating and hard to navigate with gloves on in π₯Ά winter. Hence theβ¦

Hey team! Itβs another week: another city to run in. This time Milford Haven in Wales. Managed two short runs to take my November πββοΈ total to 49.7 km / 60 km π―. Two days to go and 5k each day should see me hit target. I definitely would not have done it without this group - thank you!

Hey team, have been a bit quiet due to work and travels. Heading home after 5 days of meetings and catch ups! Have kept the km ticking over. Currently on 35 out of 60 km π―. Will try to add 10 more this weekend before a final push in the week. Have a good weekend, and happy thanks giving to those who celebrated this week!

Thanks everyone for the comments and time youβve invested in thought-out replys. It seems we are on a similar wavelength! Noom did really help me get started with the initial kick-up-the-backside to change my health/fitness habits but thereafter I think I can achieve my goals with the features of MFP. Anyone else feel theβ¦

Hey team, Zak also from West Midlands. Joined to help lose lockdown-induced weight gain and fitness loss. Weight rose to 100kg during lockdown (usually hover around 90kg mark). Goal to get to 85kg and run a half marathon by 1st Jan.
