Good luck and well done!!knowing is the first step- the most important one. In the past l would use a "slip" as an excuse to eat what l wanted!! I am trying to be more aware now. I love cake but it doesn't love me xx

Well done In May l weighed 399lbs Today 325 lbs I had aimed to be under 300 by Jan 1st but think that is overly optomistic. So l aim for 250 by May I am recovering from.Cushings and struggle with lack of energy and muscle weakness but l too am determined Just look at what you have done - its amazing

I like half a tin of tuna with chopped up baby gherkin cherry tomatoes a squeeze of lemon a tsp balsamic and greek yoghurt. For something sweet l have a tbsp greek yoghurt, handful of blueberries a tsp peanut butter and a piece of dark chocolate broken into little pieces
