I eat so. many. veggies. My current favorite is zucchini just barely sauteed so it's still crunchy. If I make any kind of baked goods I use unsweetened applesauce instead of oil and eggs and 1/3-1/2 the sugar. I also drink tons of water. If I'm hungry I down 8-12 oz and wait a bit to see if I'm genuinely hungry or just…

I'm going to ride my exercise bike for an hour and complete a 15-20 minute indoor walking video. I will also stay in my current calorie range - 1200-1400 calories a day.

My most recent NSV is walking over 10K steps a day. I used to barely get 2K in!!!!!

I spent my 20s sick and almost dead. I couldn't walk for 6 months. Then I ended up sitting on my butt the rest of my twenties and I decided no more. I don't want to live like I'm dying. :)

I wash up at the sink when I wake up, the "main utilities" as my mom calls it. I use a bidet, and usually shower fully every other day. I can assure you I don't smell in the slightest. My husband wouldn't be as enthusiastic to be all over me constantly if I did.
