My clinic recommended the realgood foods brand to me. They are mostly high protein/low carb. I'm generally not a fan of frozen dinners and I have only tried a few of them, but I thought they were pretty good.

Just read your story this morning - congrats again. I too was turned away from the MRI for my size. Not for something as serious as you, but still pretty humiliating. On the bright side though, as of today I am down 80 lbs since Jan 14.
