I fast for 36 hours most weeks. I have to watch my other days because of lately I've been eating too much.

Sorry you are finding it so hard. I weigh about the same as you and I'm eating too many calories at the moment. Make sure you weigh your food and log it correctly. I hope things get better.

Eat no pizza when people are eating in front of me. My weekly pizza puts on weight because I have 4 huge pieces.

I've lost 28 lbs doing mostly 22/2 and extended 48 hrs and 73 hrs.

Hi I lost 132 pounds fasting 2 years ago but put on 88 pounds on. Since Juns I have fasted and lost 22 pounds mostly OMAD 23/1. Sometimes I do 24 hrs, 48 or 72 hrs. I am 48 almost 49 perimenopausal. I didn't get my period for a year fasting.

I'm 48 5ft7 and weigh 217 lb. Hopefully I can lose 9 lb in one month. Lately I haven't been eating over my 1200 calorie allowance so I hope I'll be losing each week. SW 227lb CW 217lb GW 143

MFP gives me 1200 calories a day and I find that enough. I'm 216lb and 48 with low activity.

I'm on 1200 calories and have lost 10lb in 3 weeks. I'm not very active and weigh 216 lbs.

I read on Google that research showed daily weighing managed to keep weight off more. I weigh daily but need to get used to the daily fluctuations.I put on 1 lb in one day!
