16 Months Postpartum - Struggling with losing weight

I have been postpartum for 16 months and I have been having the HARDEST time losing weight since I birthed my son.

I'm becoming a bit discouraged, to be honest. I've tried various methods like limiting my sugar (addicted) intake and carb intake, stepping up my walking distance every day, trying to go to bed early and get plenty of sleep, lowering my stress levels, etc. I'm starting to think my metabolism is non-existent. And I'm worried about pre-diabetes in the near future.

My husband, God bless him, doesn't understand why I'm gung-ho about wanting to lose weight. He doesn't understand why and how I'm addicted to sugar. He thinks I look great which should flatter me and make me feel good, but I don't.

I guess I need some motivation and support to continue making better choices. I also want to connect with other moms who are also struggling like I am.

Sorry you are finding it so hard. I weigh about the same as you and I'm eating too many calories at the moment.
Make sure you weigh your food and log it correctly.
    I hope things get better.
