Heyo again. :)

I love honeybees, sustainable permaculture, I help deliver babies, and I speak really crappy Russian.

I track everything. So if there's a gain, I input it in the app. It won't announce it to everyone but it helps keep a more accurate record of what's really going on.

You could use an app like HappyScale to watch your weight trends; it's helpful as a woman due to fluctuations of weight during cycle changes. You also might try weighing your food for a while to make sure you're not underestimating calories; it's super easy to do. Also, are you getting enough sleep? Are you super stressed…

Great thinking! It's so common to be deficient in vit D. I'll ask my doctor about this too. I've been supplementing, but maybe we can get some labs for a better idea of how much I really need right now.

Thanks for mentioning this. I will ask my doctor about it next week.

No tendonitis. Labs showed that my creatine kinase was 3200, so not insane but still not within the 40-160 normal range. That along with the obvious swelling confirmed his diagnosis, but my kidney labs were all good. I guess it’s a super mild case? I’m definitely in the obese category at present, but not excessively. Thank you for the help! I’ll have to have someone find the gel/cream for me. I did go to the Dr today. He said it’s Rhabdomyolysis. Thankfully my kidneys are still functioning well, so it’s strict rest and fluids fora week. Only very gentle stretching. Kind of a freak thing I guess, but you can bet I’ll be a little less…

Hi! I'm in a similar place. Lost 97 pounds two years ago on MFP and then gained back 70. :'( I'm not on the forums much; I'm super busy with important stuff, but I check in once in a while. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'd be glad to help encourage you in your goals.

I'm just getting really focused, so no real numbers from the recent past. I only weigh once a week, but I will probably switch that day this week. SW (Apr) 218 CW 209 GW 145 GW for June under 200 June 2: 209

Hi! Thank you all for your stories and this thread. I’m getting back into MFP after a couple years. I was extremely fit two years ago and at my ideal 143 lbs. Life trauma, a concussion and relationship drama combined together and I started eating junk to self harm. Last weigh in was 208. An honest look in the mirror this…

Count me in. Highest recent weight was 216. Last weigh in was 211. Goal weight is 145. ETA: May's goal is to get to 205. Add me as a friend. I'm looking for MFP friends.
