  • Yesterday I was feeling really guilty because for the past 2 weeks I was going over my calorie budget almost daily and wasn't exercising. I hit this slump and today I decided to drag myself out of it! I was making great progress and do not want to go backwards.
  • NSV I am now able to go jogging without having to stop for a break! In the past I couldn't jog for longer than a minute and now I can go for a whole 3 miles! Certain clothes are fitting more loosely and I have so much more energy compared to before 😁
