  • It's intended to be a maximum. Try to get close to it, but not to go over. I think rosebarnalice typo'd and wrote "not" as an extra "to".
  • You can call me Hyles. I do not identify as my gender fitting to any particular label. I am ace-spectrum, aro-spectrum, and pan- in addition to these. I enjoy a vast variety of hobbies, including exercise, but am currently having to experiment with new forms of exercise due to a breathing disorder. I am currently losing…
  • I can fit into my favourite coat again.
  • Hey snowdancer03. I and my partner and both disabled and we are both quite exhausted by the time dinner rolls around. However, for our own sake we do need good nutrition, so while I am still figuring out how to eat better and cook a regular healthy meal myself that all considered I hope that my advice may be of some…
  • @AnnPT77 Yes, going off the trend/slope is the point of it. I appreciate the input. Maybe it should be clarified for reference: I am actually losing faster than I intend to at the MFP calorie goals. I was hoping to use libra to get an estimate for what my "true" goal for -0.5lbs a week is without going too high.

I'd do this using my rate of loss from the app, which does change depending on my smoothing days.…
  • If I may double check, that isn't a plan to eat at your 1700 maintenance goal while pregnant, right? Because considering you'd have a developing human in you who would be relying in you for nutrition, that would sound like a bad plan.
  • Perhaps it would help to get a mask that is made to filter pollution as opposed to a N95, which is generally used for sterility in medical settings and such, hence why it is reccomended in the pandemic.
  • Mostly I was hoping to find an app with an easy food database like MFP has I suppose. It would be nice to be able to keep track of that sort of thing on the go without having to do so much math and taking photos of labels for later and such, given that I'm often away from my laptop for significant periods. It's not like…
  • I know, but it's been quite impractical to use like this. I'd rather use another app and transfer what I have once I get to my laptop.
  • I want to measure by weight, since I'd heard that volume can get quite inaccurate. Those calculators are very useful, so I appreciate them (and the other responses so far)!
