Two Good is a good yogurt, it has 12 grams of protein and is low on sugar and carbs. For a simple meal I say Starkist tuna one serving pouch is good in the protein department with 17 grams.

Scaling back the calories would help. Instead of 1900 calories a day, try eating only 1500 calories a day. Try that for a couple weeks and see if the scale starts moving. What foods are you eating?

I log in my food and drink as I eat them. It's easier to keep track when I have the food in front of me.

I gained 14 Ibs since Thanksgiving, so now I have to re-lose it. I got caught off guard with the holidays. I'm hoping to lose 10 Ibs in the next 5 weeks if I get my act together. I don't want to not fit in my clothes again.

As of today, I reached my weight goal of 115 Ibs and achieved my mini goal. Now the only mini goal I have is to maintain my weight and tone my muscles.

My old size 16 (Girl's size by the way, not adult size) swimsuit from when I was in the 6th grade fits me perfectly.

Another type of movement you can add but the product is bit pricey, but I'm glad the other types of exercises you're using are working Another is a leg trainer (you can just exercise one leg at a time or both)

The Dove 100 calorie chocolate bars are my favorite (they're actually smaller than the regular ones), unfortunately they've been out of stock since the pandemic.

Drinking V8 Vegetable juice would be good way to get sodium. Eating canned beans is also another way to get sodium. Canned soup is also an option.

What triggered my weight loss journey was when I stepped on the scale and underestimated my weight gain. I went form 125 to 170 Ibs. I didn't want to reach 200 so I decided on that day to exercise and eat right.

The NSV I had today was being able to fit into my size medium shorts. Before losing weight, I couldn't even get the shorts pass halfway up my thighs, now it fits like a glove. Although the waist is now looser. I'll probably have to replace the elastic.

I bought a sitting treadmill for $40 (it was on sale then). I use it everyday and it has helped me lose weight.

I tend to eat Two Good yogurt since it's low in sugar, carbs, and calories.

I went from Size 16 pants to size 12. They still feel a bit snug, but losing 5 Ibs more should make them fit looser.

I have reached my mini goal of 130 Ibs. Now my next mini goal is to reach 120 Ibs.

I work from home as a freelance graphic designer so I'm at home much of the day near my computer. I did originally wanted to buy a DeskCycle 2 for my desk but it was a…

I live in a one bedroom apartment so I don't have the space for a big treadmill, plus I work as a freelance graphic designer from home so I'm usually sitting much of the day, so I bought a sitting treadmill which is space saving and actually helps exercise my legs. I have it under my computer desk right now and usually…
