Weight loss and eating less calories

What are some low calorie yogurt and fruit snacks/meals that have 20% or more protein in them and are under 300 calories

    Look at skyr or quark. You don't need to eat a whole cup, right? Just weigh in grams how much you eat and log this.

    Just pre-log the food you think might be a good fit and then adjust the portions as needed to hit your numbers.

    Two Good is a good yogurt, it has 12 grams of protein and is low on sugar and carbs.

    For a simple meal I say Starkist tuna one serving pouch is good in the protein department with 17 grams.

    This is the flavored yogurt I eat. Lemon is my favorite, but black cherry, peach, strawberry and mixed berry are all good. I'd love to try key lime and raspberry, but haven't found them anywhere near me.
