Started back with strength training on Tuesday. However, yesterday, that delayed onset muscle soreness kicked in big time, which limited me to a little over 2 miles. Ugh! :s Today, I do strength training again. Hoping the body gets back used to doing strength training. Total Mileage: 23.4/50.

Today, I ran/walked 3.31 pavement miles. Total: 27.46/40 miles. Today was a hard run/walk due to the humidity. I could barely catch my breath. I did more walking than running. I have to get off the treadmill and get outside because I have upcoming races to accomplish.
