I’m planning to add more strength training and cycling to my walking routine this summer. I will incorporate Isagenix Intermittent fasting days using Cleanse For Life. I have had success with this before.

Hello! Welcome to this group! I don’t have any Carribean recipes, but I’d like to try some! You’ve got this! I used to be pre-diabetic, but not anymore.

We went for an extended walk today Tuesday evening so I could get my steps in. We drove a good part of the day, so I was short steps. Somehow since I had stated my goal here i felt more compelled to do it! Thanks Team! We can do this!

SBR you can do it! It gets easier as you go! I’m doing a 30 day system that really helps with cravings. We are doing a group challenge in October I will send you more info if you’re interested. 😀

Great goals! Protein helps you retain muscle! That’s so important. My goal is to get 10k steps in each day. I’ve been struggling with that due to so many travel days. Worth it as I’m visiting my daughter. Last time we saw her was just before Christmas.

Water intake is a good thing to focus on! I’m increasing my water this week, as well as moving and calories! A Vlog! That’s exciting. I’ll watch it in a bit! I love the idea of a weekly thread! It’s hard for me to check in every day! I went for a bike ride with my husband yesterday and kayaking with my sister-in-love today! I’m exhausted! Heading home this week. Driving days are difficult as I find it easy to overeat on the road.
