MyFitnessPal does not seem to include feeds from my friends such as how many days they have logged etc. Has MyFitnessPal taken this feature away?

I'm asking myself the same question. Problem is that I tend to deal with life issues and depression by eating. I have gained 5kg which is a lot for a small person. I think we just have to get our minds right. We have to decide that we want to make the change. Good luck. Let me know how it goes.

I have only picked up weight this year. I am a disgusting 66kg (more like 67kg on another scale) which is a lot for a small person like me. I will have to pick myself up and try again.

Well done that is a lot of weight to lose. Swimming is great exercise. I would swim everyday if I could. You already should be proud of youself for the amount of weight that you have lost. Keep it up :)

I'm with you on this. I also am about that weight now but a little taller. I don't know if you are putting to much pressure on yourself though. I don't think you need to lose 15kg and 4 months might be setting yourself up for failure. Just I thought.

Sorry to hear about your knees. Hope the surgery goes well. For me it was after an accident that I gained a lot of weight (well I lost the covid weight when I was in a coma). I eventually dealt with it by going on a strict, expensive medical diet which ended with me back in hospital after a seizure. Now I find MyFitnessPalβ¦

I tried it for a couple of weeks. Decided it wasn't for me. Food hard to find. Couldn't use kj instead of calories. Long story short I started using MyFitnessPal and saw a dietitian which gave me some good pointers.

I picked up 2kg over the holidays and I dealt with it by eating more :( So I haven't weighed myself again since then. Have to get back on track now although now I have more to lose.

Hi I'm 41 (but don't tell anyone) and 5.6 feet tall. Original start weight 66.8kg (on my scale). The worst was this year was 68.4kg. Weight loss has been slow but still ok with the results. Goal December weight 61.1kg. If I could even lose 0.5kg this month though it would be ok and not put on the pounds. December 12:β¦

My goal was 61.5kg for December. Now I am 62.1kg. Oh well need to work harder but no point in beating myself up.

November was a bad month for me. I had to put my cat to sleep a couple of weeks ago. Second cat this year I cried so much. I also stuffed my face with pizza and other bad stuff. 5'6" 41 CW 63kg (roughly) November Goal - 61.5kg Goal weight 57kg I'm really struggling to lose weight. It has taken me 3 months (and a seizure) to lose 4kg. Now I just seemed to have stopped. myfitnesspal lies when it says you can lose 1kg a week. I have a lot of stomach fat to lose and cellulite in general.
