  • Basically waiting for my hair to dry so I can go to bed. I want to read in bed and be comfy. :D So just wasting time on the computer (by browsing MFP forums.)
  • Laziness. I take it to the next level. Everything is pushed forward until the bitter end and I need sooo much (usually outside) pressure to get anything done at all. It's really, really bad! :|
  • I just started reading The Last Wish by Andrzej Sapkowski, which is the (chronologically) first book of The Witcher. (Haven't played the games or watched the show but am enjoying the book so far. :D)
  • I walked to my friend's house instead of taking the car. Walking took about 35 minutes at a quick pace -- and I got there and wasn't even tired??! So I decided to also walk back instead of taking public transport, got home, and STILL had energy left. I felt sooooo good!!
  • Yes, I've reached my goal weight 3 times. (12 years ago, 8 years ago, 3 months ago.) Never had to lose as much as this time before, though. You can do it again! :)

  • I've been doing it for 7 months now (ranging between 16/8 and 18/6) and haven't noticed any hormonal issues or cycle changes. But! I have no scientific knowledge, that's just how it is for me. :')

  • I bought an exercise ball a while ago and switched to sitting on that for a few hours every day. Definitely leaving the desk whenever possible, of course, and having a height-adjustable desk. :)

  • Had to buy new jeans a while ago because I'd gained so much. Then even those became too tight. First mini goal: Fit into the new jeans again! It was a wake-up call for sure. :'D
