Did it mess up your cycle or affect your hormone levels negatively?

I've been doing it for 7 months now (ranging between 16/8 and 18/6) and haven't noticed any hormonal issues or cycle changes. But! I have no scientific knowledge, that's just how it is for me. :')1

I’m trying to remembering if there was a shift in anyway but it’s been a long time. I eat OMAD and I’m pretty consistent. I don’t have any negative side effects either, not that I’m advocating for anyone to do what I do. If you’re experiencing major changes please speak with your doctor. If you’re just considering IF, I would start with a small change and work your way into something that works best for your lifestyle. Good luck!1

I wouldn't think IF could interfere with a cycle directly, but if your cycle is off, these two mechanisms come to mind:
1. IF is stressful for you, causing an increase in cortisol, which can interfere with hormone production and menstrual cycles.
2. IF causes you to create a large enough calorie deficit to interfere with your period.
