What a bad week. Went camping and snacked way too much. I did do a lot of walking. Went walking at least 3 times a day even with my bad knees. Looking forward to getting out more now that the weather is nicer. My husband ordered me an ebike for Mother's day and hope it will be here by the weekend. I love biking but have bad knees so can't wait to try it out. Will update you on how it goes.

Welcome I too am turning 60 this year. I find the older I get the harder it is to lose the weight. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and back so finding exercises that work for me is a challenge.
