May 02…..204.6…..(Trend Weight: 202.7)….. I should have done better but I couldn’t get satiated yesterday. I think my bigger body is fighting for more food so I am going to have to plan more volume with less calories and carbs to get through this. According to Fitbit, I’ve had more sleep last night but I feel hungover. Is there such a thing as a food hangover?
May 09…..xxxxx…..(Trend Weight: xxxxx)….. Birthday Week! I just couldn’t get full last night! Luckily I had a good day full of mindful choices which ended up offsetting it. Down 0.2 is better than the gain I expected. Especially on Mother’s Day! I’ll be watching the scale, sometimes it creeps up later!

Strange…..Anyhow, It’s been an up & down week with my weight showing lower than 2 weeks ago and about exactly the same as last week. The goal is progress, not stagnancy! (Is that EVEN a word?). I’ve got to dig deeper this week!
May 23…..204.8…..(Trend Weight: 203.1)….. An overnight jump of 1.8 lbs. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, but I won’t make excuses. Some travel yesterday but I was there and back in about 4 hours so no meal out was necessary.

Jun 06…..205.2…..(Trend Weight: 204.0)….. Closed all my circles yesterday on fitbit for the first time in awhile. 3 meals but not such good choices. Very bloated and had a hard time peeing (sorry so graphic). Ended up taking AZO and up all night going potty. I’ll make better choices today. I didn’t like seeing that 5. New handyman coming today so I shall see how that goes. Very rainy and gloomy here today and it rained all night too, but we needed it badly.

I thought I did well this week but alas I didn't. I haven't been tracking my food so really need to get back into the habit of tracking. I was careful this weekend camping and stuck to my limit of 2 delicious gooey smores and snacked on fresh vegetables and fruit. I walked 3 times a day and did at least 6500 steps a day. I have noticed that the weeks that I go walking my weight goes up. Weird I'm hoping this is just water weight or other stuff( have been constipation for a couple of days) and things will go back to normal or get better tomorrow. Have a great week everyone
