Keeping them out of the house is very helpful! Or at least out of sight. Sometimes if I am really craving a bread or pasta, I will make it from scratch.

@77tes Thank you :) The only time I do not use a food scale is for non starchy veggies like: carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, mushrooms, cauliflower, and broccoli. I tend to fill up on those veggies first. They make great snacks.

I put on a pair of pains for work and was disgusted with how much they were to big for me. Out of desperation I reached for a pair of my husbands pants and put them on. I went from a size 40x32 to a size 34x32. I now have an almost entirely new work wardrobe.
