If most people who are on WW and can't stick to a weightloss plan are on medications or have addictive personalities, does that mean that they can't lose weight, or they just need to learn new strategies?

I'd like to look like this if possible. I don't have an hour glass figure though (more like a plank). I like her midsection and how she has slim arms but they still have muscle tone. Would this woman be considered a body builder?

Thanks, that's definately helpful! How do you split strength training/exercise? Is it like Mondays and Thursdays Upper Body, Tuesdays and Fridays Lower Body, Wednesdays Midsection? Or something else? You should get a fitbit. Their calorie burns were accurate for me.

I just buy cheap $5 ones with a cord to my device. I like them because they are easy to replace, and I won't lose them while I am trying to listen to music! I've tried buying ones with a microphone, but I haven't figured out how to use them! I probably have about five because I keep losing them! haha. No big loss.
