For sure ! For me the shift is wraps for some reason I'm more Inclined to use healthier and more nutrient heavy meals when I have wraps. I also realised something my pattern. That seems like a really good way to measure it! I tend to get around 70g of grams of protein on average so I'm generally trying to increase it especially on weightlifting days
