I've kind of stalled out. I've been bouncing around the same pound (difference in .6 of a pound) for the last 3 weigh ins. This week I'm determined to lose at least 1 whole pound. Gonna add at least 1 walk around the warehouse per shift. I'm determined!!

I can relate to this on so many levels. You definitely are not at fault here. I'm a binge eater and "a little bit won't hurt" absolutely can if you're in a bad head space. Food is a battle, but you don't fight alone, I promise!

I really need this inspiration today! I'm going back to the gym this afternoon after a week hiatus. I slept like crap, I snacked too much yesterday, dinner was too heavy on my stomach and unfortunately lunch is left overs. I have no desire to cook. Im bored. Hopefully I can share in your NSV!

This morning is Day 71 for me! I'm down 21 pounds! and all my measurements are smaller!!! new mini goal- maybe lose another 35 by new years? Start in the new year with a lower calorie deficit. Adding new machines in my gym routine is a goal right now too.
