Changing my lifestyle altogether - PCOS Mom Pescetarian

Hi everyone. Would love some friends to get recipes and meal inspirations from. I love to cook and try new healthy meals. I have PCOS so I'm trying to eat less carbs, 90 percent vegetarian and all unprocessed or close to none processed and little to no dairy. I've lost 50 pounds so far and would love to be friends with other people on their journey. I also have a smartwatch to monitor physical goals (6,000 steps and small exercises throughout the day).

About me: I love to cook, read (health and fitness, women's studies), run an Etsy shop and have a son. Looking forward to meeting fellow fitnesspal people!

    On the PCOS bus too!
    Down 20 pounds and working on the low carb, lean protein (mostly chicken) and seafood, with minimal dairy as well.
    Congratulations on your 50 pounds down!
