Nutmeg is correct. It's not so much what but how much is eaten. It's often a stumbling block for people to do something drastic like cut out an entire food group. I agree with the last reply. Diet is everything. One suggestion by a coworker who used to compete was at my age (44) increase my protein to 40% of my total calories. true that. when I began logging my food I began to see how much I actually ate as to what I thought I was eating, and getting a tracker (I have a cheap fitbit) I really saw how little i burned as opposed to what I put in.

between work and chasing kids I average 6 miles a day (12000 steps). May 2nd to the 8th I'm already at 46 mi. it supports my eating habit 😁😁
