Congrats on day 1!! Improve a little bit each day, or each week. I can relate to your feeling, that success is imperative. For me, it's like a voice in the back of my head saying, ‘you really need to get back to a healthy lifestyle, or your going to be sliding down a slope you don’t want to go down.’ I’ll be cheering for…

I managed to get all the challenges done, yesterday, but I completely forgot to read a book. So disappointed. I won't forget the book today!

I like your version of the challenge. It seems achievable, especially for those of us going from a complete standstill to full speed ahead. So long, bad life habits!! Would you mind if I joined? Sending a friend request.

Nudge Nudge So most of the fasting is while asleep. I like that! That must make it easier.

I have not tried intermittent fasting. It happens to me occasionally, on days when I am way too busy to stop and eat. I imagine starting out is really tough.

Hi. Yes! Please! That is exactly what I have been searching for on MFP and I’ve not found it. I am happy to help out. Cheer for the good things, commiserate the shortcomings, push and cajole a bit to keep folks moving forward. Sending a friend request.
