Hi I'm Sarah, I'm 28. I'm always up and down with weight. Loose six put on five. I've recently started personal training and found it excellent. Only thing is I can't afford to keep it up! Food seems to be my only downfall.... I binge on rubbish. I'd love your support!

Hi I'm 5'2. I lost six pounds initially but it crept back up again. So I'm committed to tracking again because it's the only thing that works really. Starting the 30 day shred today and I'm going to walk 30 minutes daily. Achievable! My current weight is 146 lb, and I'd be happy to get to 125... Together we can do it!
