  • Suggest that if you’re actually eating 2300 cals. You’re not in deficit! Don’t eat your exercise earned calories… because the estimates of burned calories aren’t accurate! I’m 5 3 and go gym daily and do 4 strength and 3 cardio sessions and need c1700/1800 cals to MAINTAIN my weight of 121 pounds…. If want see difference……

  • Hi. I’ve been told by two trainers ~ don’t take the exercise/activity off of your calorie counting… not sure if you’re doing this? Eg if you’re on say 1500 calories and you’ve done exercise of -300 calories… your food should stay at 1500 calories (not 1800)…
