Hi, it's Dimitris from Greece. To be honest in the left picture you are in a pretty good shape and many guys would wish to have a body like this. Of course the right picture is almost perfect with crystal definition and i believe your bodyfat percentage is somewhere at 6-7%. IMO, you can't reach this level without…

Yes, i am doing the 16/8 module for about 43 weeks now. IF helped me a lot to maintain my slightly calorie deficit (350 cals) without difficulty, in order to loose about 0,35kg per week. Till now i have lost 15kg and 16cm in my waist circumference.

Haha, i have exactly the same problem. Bought 7 pepe jeans (W32/L32) before 9 months and they are all useless now. Lost 16 cm in my waist circumference (dropped from 98 cm to 82 cm) and even with a belt, jeans look not so nice upon me. But i am not going to buy new ones before i reach my waist goal.

Thank you very much dear! Of course i feel much more healthier besides the aesthetic result. As you said i have more energy now since i eat better, walk a lot and weight train 3 times per week. I think that the keyword is consistency to the plan... Thanks again for your nice comment!
