Thanks for all the advice. I am on a diuretic so I don't think it's water weight. I still have cramps even though no TOM so maybe my body is just getting used to things. Also I felt 9 pounds in 3 weeks was excessive as well, but I have my calories set to lose 1.5 pounds per week and I eat back all my exercise calories so…

I am def eating my exercise calories! Extra food is the biggest reason I make sure to work out!

I love cheese, too! Maybe I should stop buying the reduced fat one? Is it normal to go from hungry ALL the time and barely staying under my calorie budget to barely being able to stay over 1000?

I am scheduled to start in 2 more days and it will be the first time having one while dieting so I'll let you know what happens! However I"m on the pill so I'm not sure what will happen. Try taking a diuretic (I think pamprin has a diuretic in it) and see if the weight goes away. If so, it's water weight!

I'm sooo hungry too! I am eating 1420 calories a day as a "sedentary" person (not sedentary just like to manually add) and I weigh 191. I am losing at a rate of 1.5 lbs per week. Well at least that's what they expected but I've been losing like 2-2.5 pounds per week. Maybe it is wrong for you?!?!
