This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

I am not up to 60 minutes yet, but i will give it hell this week. Good Luck Everyone!!0

I am also not up to 60 minutes. I usually do about 40/45 minutes but i will try to add an extra 15/20 minutes a day. Count me in =]0

I use a stationary bike for 30 mins per day, then dance on dance central for 15-20, so what 2-3 more songs on the game wont kill me right?!!!

Doe cleaning house count at activity? if so, I can add that to my usual 30 minutes of exercise that I get in the afternoon.0

I'll give it a try. I may not do too well this week, but who knows. I don't watch my sodium as I usually only pay attention to calories, so that will be interesting. 60 minutes a day is going to be tough.0
