This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Be active for 60 minutes a day...420 mins for the week! You can pick what you want to do this week but just get moving! If you would like to share witht he group how you reached this number please do!

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Stay under your sodium level every day

    I'm gonna keep an eye on this, I'm not quite at 60 Mins of exercise yet, but its something I'd definitely like to aim for!

    I'm gonna keep an eye on this, I'm not quite at 60 Mins of exercise yet, but its something I'd definitely like to aim for!
    You can break it up through out the day! If you are at 45 mins then aim for that! The point of the challenge is to get out and MOVE more then you normally do! Good luck and we would love to have you :)

    I am also not up to 60 minutes. I usually do about 40/45 minutes but i will try to add an extra 15/20 minutes a day. Count me in =]

    I use a stationary bike for 30 mins per day, then dance on dance central for 15-20, so what 2-3 more songs on the game wont kill me right?!!!

    Doe cleaning house count at activity? if so, I can add that to my usual 30 minutes of exercise that I get in the afternoon.

    I'll give it a try. I may not do too well this week, but who knows. I don't watch my sodium as I usually only pay attention to calories, so that will be interesting. 60 minutes a day is going to be tough.
