Help fulfilling calorie goals!

The past few days I have not been hungry, at all. I'm forcing myself to eat what I am eating. I know it's counter productive when trying to lose weight to stay under 1000 calories. Should I stop working out so I can fulfill my goals? Does anyone know any high calorie healthy snacks I can try and munch on when I need to up my intake for the day? I was thinking avocados but I couldn't choke one down. Bleh.

I eat baby carrots with natural peanut butter...it's good for about 250 cal.....or Almonds about about 170-200....0

Try Clif Bars. They're about 180 on average as far as calories go. And they're pretty tasty. Or try mac and cheese.... The single cups by velveeta are between 300-400.0

Or just straight Sharp Cheddar...... For some reason it's way higher in calories than a lot of other cheeses.0

nuts are a good idea! I need to stay away from sugar so PB may be out0

I love cheese, too! Maybe I should stop buying the reduced fat one?
Is it normal to go from hungry ALL the time and barely staying under my calorie budget to barely being able to stay over 1000?0
