Survived day 3. It was really hard work! Plus I did it in my jammies so the chesticles were hanging low. Glad no one was around to witness it! :p

I am so jealous of the stuff you guys can get. In NZ it is super expensive to get anything outside the ordinary. Guess at least we have awesome meat and dairy!

Wow, this is super random. I should have pms by now and be eating ALL the candy in the world but I have only been craving bacon. I thought I was super weird!

I used to work a bit in rehab and with back problems, depending on what the issue was it is often related to core strength. I like to swim so I go to the pool a couple of times a week. I do some aqua aerobics type classes but there are loads of people who walk laps in the water. Really low impact but high resistance!

I try to stay under a hundred as well. Generally I am closer to 50g but I find that I can't eat bread or pasta or anything like that as it seems to trigger sugar cravings. I like to use most of my carbs on fruit and veg anyway. Love my fruit! If you don't have any issues with those foods and enjoy them then I don't see an…

I generally just ignore my list but did go through at new year and delete anyone that hasn't logged in for six months or longer. Although, there are some that I am more friendly with that I keep in the hopes that they will come back.

Thanks @nvmomketo. I see loads of recipes I want to try but some have a lot of sweetner in. Bit nervous about awaking the sugar fiend inside me. Will try a half amount and see how I go.

Yum!!!! Ginger crunch was one of my fav sweet foods so this might fill the gap. Do you guys find that sweetners give you sweet food cravings at all? I haven't wanted to make anything with sweetner just in case.

I exercise at 5:15 so I just get up and leave without eating. I find that if I eat I feel sick, plus I don't normally have breakfast until nearly 7 most days. Doesn't seem to have any negative affect on me. I run though, might be different if you are doing weights etc.

You can type in breastfeeding into the food diary and it comes up with loads of different options. You might need to add more than 280 if you are feeding more than a couple of times a day. Our town tap water is pretty yummy. It comes from an aquifer so no gross taste. I like it cold so it goes in a bottle in the fridge. It would suck to not be able to drink water straight from the tap!
