  • Feeling much better teamies! Yesterday was a bust but surprisingly back on track after a slow start today. Early morning stretching, light low-intensity lunch working out the kinks, and 90 minutes walking with weights this evening. Amazed to be ending with another 1K🔥and more than 17,000 steps. :smile:
