  • Cindy Pensacola I really like that scale for traveling. I use my scales all the time for my food. Usually I guesstimate the amount. So small would fit in a pocket or purse.
  • 1. Find time for self-care. It’s not selfish. It’s essential. 2. Notice the things you do well, however small. 3. Let go of self-criticism and speak to yourself kindly. 4. Plan a fun or relaxing activity and make time for it. 5. Forgive yourself when things go wrong. Everyone makes mistakes. 6. Focus on the basics: eat…

  • Kylia. Cindy. Pensacola. So puzzling that you have to go to ER multiple times just to get them to pay for MRI. Did you call insurance directly? Sometimes it takes consistent documentation from your primary physician. They just have to know this is a primary issue being monitored by ur doc on an ongoing basis without…

  • The insurance company usually has a contracted rate with facilities and they already know what rate they will be paid. So the facilities are not losing $ because that is contracted rate. This is what is wrong with health care. Hospitals or facilities are willing to take a contracted rate but not for uninsured people.
  • Cindy in Pensacola Hurricane missed us by many miles and very grateful. Only had scattered ran showers for a couple days. We…
  • She could have thrush which is easily treated with liquid oral nystatin. Liquid Benadryl before a meal over the counter (otc) 10ml swish and spit would help with meal time. It's worth a try.
  • Very interesting. I saw a post somewhere that the current generation is not as in tune with their grandparents or great grandparents. History of family and spending time with family is so important. Thanks for sharing. Cindy from Pensacola

  • That arm bike will get your heart rate up. I would definitely use that in your routine. Any exercise to help with getting your heart rate up. Using your arms to do chair lifts where you raise your bottom up off the seat in repetition hold 3sec in set of 10 or 5 to start (w/c) or sturdy chair w/2arms.just food for thought.…
