Well I'm off to the doctors today regarding my tiredness as I can't sit down in the evening without falling asleep and my partner is starting to get miffed by it so I shall post back when I get back.

I work with people on home dialysis a long way from where started in the Royal Navy but a life on the ocean waves is no life for a mummy :-)

I like to cut a hole in the breast and stuff it with a little garlic and herb light Philadelphia and bake it wrapped in foil and you end up with a sauce from the juices.

I could not shave either as I had the same problem so I epalated For years I am now having laser. I will say when I first started epilating it killed but only for minutes and I only had to do it once a month.

I use my HRM and if I run and do 30ds its 500 calories if that and I got this calorie figure from fat 2 fit radio that factors in excersize.

Yes please explaine I eat quite well bar the odd hick up here and there, but then it's always a little bit of what I fancie.

About two / three weeks I will have to look at my diary maybe I just need to give it a little longer !!

I don't eat back because the calories allocated already have the deficit factored in that's why I don't log my excersize. I am 165 cm tall if that helps in any way.

There are some light wines on the market I have tried a few and they seem ok I Just can't remember the name at this moment but I am going to my partners later so will have a look when I get there.

I always use my HRM that way I know what I really have to replace cus it could make a big difference.
