DONT RELY ON MOTIVATION!! That will go away quickly. Stick to a routine and schedule and rely on discipline, not on emotion and mindset. Some weeks I feel really *kitten* and I want to give up and thatโs normal, just stick to your calorie goal and everything will work out eventually. What matters is consistency.

I will say my favorite high protein food is nonfat Greek yogurt!! Itโs extremely filling, 3/4 cup is 18 G protein and 90 cals!! I also have a lot of eggs, my favorite is some scrambled egg whites with cheese in the morning :) keeps me full for a long time. I would just get used to the meat thing, itโs important to eat meatโฆ

Increase protein, I eat about 140-160 g a day (I also weight train, which is something I highly recommend if you donโt already do) your body burns 30% of calories from protein just to digest it!

I have a scale I got as a present itโs called โWithingsโ itโs very cool, tells me my fat and muscle % and bone density, plus it connects to MFP so every time I weigh myself it automatically updates the app.

I eat 140+ g of protein a day, most of my protein comes from meat and dairy. I also eat at least 1 scoop of protein powder a day! To get my protein I mainly eat: -Reduced fat milk (higher in protein than whole milk) -fat free Greek yogurt (18g per 90 calories very high protein) -chicken -eggs -whey/casein protein powderโฆ

Maybe you cut your calories too low/in a short period of time and your metabolism is slower now. Thatโs why itโs important to lose weight slowly. You probably are going to have to keep cutting down calories even more to see results. Building muscle can help speed up your metabolism, which can help eat more calories withoutโฆ

Try to eat everything in moderation. Itโs important to have balance, maybe you arenโt eating enough sugar and your body is telling you to eat more? Or not, sometimes we need cookies ๐
